MEMBER REWARD PROGRAM
Member Reward Program
Members will earn reward points  for each event that they attend.  Members will earn points as follows:

Basic class: 100 points          Advanced Class:  250 points          Next Level Program:  500 points 

Point Options:
At 1000 points, members can apply for the OPFOR program (see below)
At 2500 points, members can take the Team 1 Qualification (see below)
At 3000 points, members can redeem these for a free admission to the three day Ground Combat School on January 10 - 12, 2020

Points are earned from January 1 - December 31 each year and reset on January 1.

OPFOR Program
Members who earn 1000 points can attend a free Opposing Force Training Program.  The program provides members the opportunity to learn about safety guidelines, special equipment and tactics for serving as OPFOR for Next Level Programs.  Members who complete the program may volunteer for local Marauders events.  Members who excel at the OPFOR program may be offered paid positions at Arizona Tactical Adventure Programs.



Team 1 Qualification
Members who earn 2500 points can take the Team 1 Qualification at any Move and Shoot Obstacle Course Day.  The Team 1 Qualification consists  of a physical fitness test, marksmanship test and individual move and shoot obstacle courses.  A member must earn 100 points to earn Team 1 status.  Points are awarded for the following:

Fitness Test:  Push Ups - 2 minutes (1/2 point for each)  Sit Ups - 2 minutes (1/2 point for each)
Marksmanship:  Rifle - 10 shots from prone at 100 yards, 5 shots from kneeling at 75 yards, 5 shots from standing at 50 yards.  Total score divided by 10 provides a base score.  Maximum score is 20 points.

Pistol - 10 shots at 25 yards, 5 shots at 20 yards, 5 shots at 15 yards and 5 shots at 10 yards.  Total score is divided by 10 provides a base score.  Maximum score is 20 points.

Individual Move and Shoot Obstacle Courses:
Rifle Course - 300 yard run with firing positions at 100 yards (prone), 75 yards (kneeling), 50 yards (standing) and walk and shoot from 50 - 25 yards.
Times:  1:45 - 1:59 (25 points)  2:00 - 2:14 (20 points)  2:15 - 2:29 (15 points)  2:30 - 2:44 (10 points)  2:45 - 2:59 (5 points)

Pistol Course - 25 yards (prone), 25 yards (barricade), 25 yards urban prone, 25 - 20 yards (walk and shoot), 10 yards (strong side) 10 yards (support side), tourniquet application
Times: 0:45 - 0:59 (25 points)  1:00 - 1:14 (20 points)  1:15 - 1:29 (15 points)  1:30 - 1:44 (10 points)  1:45 - 1:59 (5 points)

Members who complete the Team 1 Qualification will earn free admissions to Team One Training Days, invites to private events and discounts on team equipment purchases.
